SoC Specification¶
The A733 is a high-performance platform processor series designed for mid-to-high-end tablet PCs and interactive display applications. It integrates dual-core Arm® Cortex®-A76 and hexa-core Arm Cortex-A55, along with an Imagination PowerVR BXM-4-64 MC1 GPU, a 3TOPS NPU, and support for LPDDR4, LPDDR4x, LPDDR5 DRAM, as well as UFS/eMMC memory.
The A733 supports a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including high-speed interfaces such as PCIe 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen2 DRD, and GMAC; as well as video output interfaces including RGB, LVDS, MIPI-DSI, E-ink, and eDP 1.4b/DP 1.4. It supports dual independent display output or simultaneous display output, decoding of video formats up to 8K@24fps for H.265/VP9/AVS2, and encoding up to 4K@30fps for H.265/H.264.
